Mr. Nishant Datta for the past close to 20 years has been working in private practice, collaborating with numerous firms and individuals pan India. With a keen interest in commerce since the very beginning, commercial litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory remain his strongest suites. Post completing his LL.B from Delhi University he has catered to over 100 clients across industries. Mr. Datta have worked with and represented various government entities including Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Income Tax Department and presently is on panel of DSIIDC. With his strong networking skills, industry expertise and insights Mr. Datta aims to reshape, reinvent and revive the passion for legal services.

Mr. Sumit for the past 12 years has been involved in private practice collaborating with various firms across industries and individuals on an international level. With an unwavering commitment towards his clients, he is diligent and creative in his approach. Mr. Sumit post LL.B from Delhi University completed his Masters in Law from the renowned Cardiff University adding an international dimension to his legal practice and has obtained numerous insights in corporate advisory and litigation. This international exposure gives him an edge over our competitors in handling international business and overseas clients at D & T Juris.

With a diverse experience of close to 15 years, Mrs. Ruchita Datta is known for her aggressive arguments that have made her resolve more than a hundred of cases in her client’s favour. She has a special focus on recovery matters and family law cases. Ruchita is also a member of several committees in various companies pertaining to prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace and has given talks on the subjects on numerous occasions.

Mr. Biraja Mahapatra has an experience close to 17 years having focused on environmental laws as well as land acquisition laws. He has been representing the government on various panels and has extensive experience in related matters before various for a including the National Green Tribunal.
